Fall is one of our favorite times to cook. We love to wrestle the big pots into the oven and create lovely cold weather dishes such as Braised Lamb Shanks and Cassoulet. Come in and try the Shaved Fennel and Apple Salad, Seared Salmon with Braised Leeks, or Pan Roasted Lobster with Sweet Breads and Andouille Sausage. For dessert the Gingerbread Shortcake or the Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding really bring out the best in us!
